I've always wanted to go to Mexico 🇲🇽 so when I turned 39 I decided that's what me and my friends would do for my 40th birthday.  Having never been out of the country before I knew I needed some help gathering information, finding a great and safe place to stay. Lorna, was on top of it all, communicating with us regarding due dates, booking the trip along with excursions, making sure we all had our passports on time and finally our tourist card getting into Mexico. In addition, she checked on us while we were in Mexico and lastly, when the airline canceled our connecting flight home; she and her partner were able to get us home that night on another flight. In 2022, I had the pleasure of booking a girls trip to Los Cabos with Experience R Travel. Their quality of service is excellent. They thought of the intricate details and helped us plan for them. They were courteous, professional, and responded promptly to our questions.  Most importantly they're reliable.
